What a roster-ready CSV looks like适合名单的 CSV 长什么样

You do not need a fancy spreadsheet. The simplest format is one name per line: Alex, then Sam, then Jordan, one row each. If you want a role under the name, use a comma: Alex,Volunteer. The preview reads the first column as the badge name and ignores the rest, so you can paste straight from Excel, Google Sheets, a group chat roster or a notebook. The first ten names show up on screen with the total count, which is enough to catch a missing row before you ever need bulk export. When Pro ships, that same list will produce one PNG per name, named automatically, ready to print on sticker paper or upload to an event app.

Designing a badge that prints well设计一枚印出来好看的徽章

A badge that looks great on screen can fail on sticker paper. Keep the name large and centered, leave the outer ring as a solid color so the cutter has a clean edge to follow, and avoid tiny text that will blur once printed. The white inner circle gives the eyes a rest, and the bold ring color reads from across a room — which matters when attendees are scanning name tags at a crowded event.
